How many sites can TechnoBuild handle?

TechnoBuild can handle as many projects and sites as your business needs. Each project is independent with its own tasks, stock, labour records, and financials — but you can view all of them from one company dashboard.

Can different team members have access to different sites?

Yes. Role-based access ensures that site engineers only see their assigned projects, project managers see their portfolio, and COO and CEO have company-wide visibility. Access is controlled through Roles in the Admin module.

How are material transfers between sites tracked?

When a Material Indent is assigned as Logistics, the procurement team selects the source — Warehouse or another Site. A dispatch record is created, driver and vehicle assigned, and stock is deducted from source and added to destination on Receive Notes confirmation.
