Your complete site stock in one screen

Every material across every site — quantity, used, wasted, and held — visible at a glance.

Daily Usage Update

Project Engineer updates daily stock consumption — enters used quantity per material. Wastage tracked separately for accurate balance.

Minimum Reorder Quantity

Set minimum stock level per material. When stock falls below this level, a Material Indent is automatically raised. No manual monitoring needed.

Sub-stock Management

Issue materials to specific areas or teams within a site. Create sub-stocks and track used and wasted quantities per sub-stock independently.

Warehouse to Site

Track material movement from central warehouse to multiple sites. Inter-site transfers via Logistics module. Full stock log for every movement.

Starred Materials

Star your critical materials for quick access. Set Hold toggle to reserve stock. Show Log to view full movement history per material.

Export & Reports

FAQ

Inventory questions answered

A Material Indent (MI) is a formal request raised by a site engineer when materials are needed. It flows through an approval chain before procurement sources and delivers the material. TechnoBuild digitises this entire process.
Each project has its own Stock Hub. Materials are tracked per site with their own Sub Category, Material Name, Quantity, Used, Wasted, and Last Updated fields. You can also transfer stock between sites using the Logistics module.
Yes. Every material in the Stock Hub has a Wasted field. Project Engineers update used and wasted quantities daily. This lets you identify excessive wastage early and compare against BOQ estimates.
If you set a Minimum Reorder Quantity for a material, TechnoBuild automatically raises a Material Indent when stock falls below that level. No manual monitoring required.
