Lead Details

Full lead profile: company name, phone, email, location, source (Reference, Social Media, Website), notes, and current status. Assignee Log tracks who handled the lead and when.

Convert Lead

When a lead is ready to become a project, use the Convert tab to move them into an active project. Lead history is preserved.

CRM Settings

Create custom pipelines for your business type. Add, edit, or reorder stages per pipeline. Set sources. Manage Bulk Upload of leads via CSV.

Yes. TechnoBuild CRM supports multiple pipelines: Residential Construction, Commercial, Renovation & Maintenance, and Infrastructure. Each pipeline can have its own stages and settings.
You can log three types of activities per lead: CALL (phone calls), MEETING (in-person or online meetings), and WHATSAPP (WhatsApp conversations). Each activity records the date, time, description, assignee, and status.
Yes. Leads can be assigned to any team member. The Assignee Log tracks every person who has handled a lead and when. Follow-ups show which team member is responsible.
When a lead is ready to move forward, go to the lead's page and click the Convert tab. This moves the lead into an active project while preserving the full activity history.
